Although it can clearly be a benign mole or nevus, it can become a problem. There are several home methods to eliminate them, especially when you are already sure that it is a benign mole, such as apple cider vinegar.
One of the things about getting older is that you discover new things about yourself. Like, for example, the mole that you had growing bigger and bigger on the left side of your head, just below your hairline. In reality, it usually never attracts attention until the hair begins to recede a bit. Initially, it was mostly smooth and flat, but over time it can become dry and flaky and larger, the size of a pencil eraser, for example.
A little about apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting chopped apples in water and a little sugar for several months. In the first stage, wild yeasts are the dominant species, and they use sugars to produce alcohol. After some time, when the yeast dies, it is succeeded by acetic acid bacteria of the genus Acetobacter and others, which oxidize the alcohol to produce acetic acid or vinegar. Once this suspension is strained, the bacterial colonies coalesce into a curious substance called "mother", or in Latin, Mycoderma aceti. This 'mother' serves as a repository for microbes in a resting state, until such time as it is time to take it out and use it again, for example, to turn red wine into red wine vinegar. In addition to acetic acid, apple cider vinegar also contains other naturally occurring acids including malic acid, citric acid, and lactic acid.
The best evidence for the benefits of VSM relates to its antimicrobial and anti-infectious properties, strong enough to drastically inhibit pathogenic strains of E. coli, just like the one that killed more than 14 people in Germany in 2011, all for eat contaminated cucumbers. It's easy to see that VSM is not just a component of a tasty dressing, but an effective tool to ensure your salad won't inoculate you with some nasty bacteria. Not only that, but soaking vegetables in oil and vinegar in the same way as in a Greek salad actually increases the bioavailability of the nutrients. Other uses for apple cider vinegar as an antimicrobial include using it for a sore throat to gargle, and topically in treating yeast infections. including yeast infections (Candida albicans), jock itch and athlete's foot (tinea spp.), dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. With all this and more, apple cider vinegar is a worthy component to use in what we propose below.
How to remove a mole with apple cider vinegar?
Supplies:
• Cotton balls
• Organic and pure apple cider vinegar, if necessary with the "mother" inside.
• Patch - Banditas / Band-Aids
Method:
1. Dip half a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, soaking it all and squeezing out the excess.
2. Pass the cotton ball on top of the mole.
3. Use a bandage to secure the cotton over the mole.
4. Leave the cotton ball stuck to the mole for up to 8 consecutive hours each day.
5. Follow steps 1 through 4 until the mole begins to crust over.
6. The vinegar-soaked cotton ball can be applied just before bedtime and removed the next morning before going to work.
7. The first morning, after the patch has been removed, the mole may appear “white”
Day 2 of the apple cider vinegar treatment
The mole became darker again during the day, but by day 3 it started scabbing,
Treatment day 3
Treatment day 4
After 4 days, it was decided not to apply any more Apple Cider Vinegar to the area. At first glance it seemed to be working although with a slight red color around the mole.
NOTE: You have to be aware that Vinegar is a dilute acid. Its application on the skin can cause redness or irritation to some people.
This dark spot ended up peeling off after a few more days and the mole was gone. There was a small "crater" on the head, but with hair. The area continued to heal and refilled after a while.
One month after treatment
This method was quick. Perhaps a little irritation from the bandage when removing it or from the application of vinegar on the skin, which each person should take the necessary precautions according to the degree of sensitivity they have on the skin.
9 months after treatment
This is a natural method performed at home and it works for superficial moles that are benign, however, always keep in mind the precautions that must be taken when doing a elf-sufficient healing of this type. In any case, always consult a specialist to rule out malignant tumors.
