This year's digital BlizzCon named WoTLK Gold, made attempts to preserve a number of the traditions and celebrations. Blizzard has announcedon Twitter, that the cosplayer Hartigan Cosplay was awarded the Community Showcase awards for Best Cosplay and Best In Show. The most impressive piece of costume artwork transforms Hartigan into Bolvar Fordragon, who is a frequent World of Warcraft character with an extensive background and connections to various factions of the franchise. A video posted to Hartigan's YouTube channel showcases the long process of donning the Fordragon costume, which features electronic devices that produce light and smoke effects.
