On the sessions of the NPC and CPPCC, LI Keqiang, China's Prime Minister, proposed to "draw up Internet+ action plan to promote the healthy development of e-commerce, industrial internet and internet finance."

Bearing e-commerce urgently needs upgrading for development.
Why is it so slow for bearing e-commerce development? There are three main reasons: 1) The particularity of bearing products is different from civilian products as they have many parameters with very high technical content; 2) The particularity of bearing industry needs those who have industrial knowledge and experience, while the insiders are not willing to change the present situation in this industry.
