To celebrate the launch of this store tailored to the preferences of Chinese consumers, Sephora has brought together the elements that make up its distinctive difference, said Alia Gogi, President of Sephora Asia: "The Store of the Future in Shanghai showcases our obsession with experiential retail, where consumers can enjoy a curated and on-trend beauty offering, tailored and personalised services and classes, as well as digital touchpoints that unlock the consumer journey within the store."To get more news about shanghai, you can visit shine news official website.

With its innovative concept and incorporation of the latest beauty technology, Sephora aims to deliver a unique retail experience. For example, consumers will be able to take advantage of personalised advanced skin analysis powered by big data analytics. There are also artificial intelligence-generated makeup trends for inspiration, as well as tutorials on the latest beauty looks tailored to customers. RFID sensors are used to educate consumers about product ingredients and provide access to millions of customer reviews. And to ensure a smooth in-store journey, mobile point-of-sale systems allow people to check out and skip queues wherever they are. Finally, personalised gift packaging includes features such as personalised voice messages.

In addition to the ubiquitous advanced beauty tech in-store, for the first time in China, Sephora will also have a Beauty Live Studio to gather its beauty community for exclusive events such as masterclasses on on-trend looks, the latest brands and products.

"In addition to the integration of beauty technology, Sephora's store of the future in Shanghai is part of our ongoing commitment to deepen our engagement with the beauty community in China. We look forward to continuing to learn from our customers and partners to deliver a retail experience that best meets their needs and aspirations," said Maggie Chan, Managing Director of Sephora Greater China.
