Light therapy and microcurrent facials have been getting lots of attention, and the Nuface and Illumask are two very popular products in the beauty world. But do red and blue lights really help with acne and skintone, and does sending currents on your face regain some of your youth? I purchased them to find out.

The Nuface might be the most popular electronic beauty device on the market right now. It claims to diminish 3 of the greatest concerns of aging skin: facial contour, wrinkles and skintone! So, I was very curious to see how this little device would perform.Since the buy nuface trinity is an electrical device, it’s essential that you make sure that product – like gel or makeup – doesn't find its way into the seams, or on any of the electrical connections. A water dampened washcloth can be used to clean the exterior of the device, but water should not be used to clean the contacts or any internal components. nuface store product finds its way onto the gold-plated contact underneath the attachment, slightly dampen a cotton swab (not a cotton ball) with rubbing alcohol, wipe it clean, dry it off, and then let air dry at least an hour before use.

After 45 days of using this item every other day, I'm happy to report that it does provide a slight improvement in face shape. The change is minimal and is most noticeable in pictures. Before regular use with Nuface, my face appears a tad wider and fuller, especially around the cheeks and jawline. If I didn't take such regular pictures for blogs, it may have been harder to notice. But, the change is significant enough to convince me to use it regularly.
