The suit asserts that the defendants have "profited significantly"

"Every creature, monster or animal included in The Infringing Game was based on WOTLK Gold games like the World of Warcraft Games. Amulets, weapons and other items were sourced straight from World of Warcraft games, without any pretense. Sound effects and audio cues taken from games like the World of Warcraft games were replicated to play"the Infringing game."

The suit asserts that the defendants have "profited significantly" in the course of Glorious Saga and its alleged copyright violation. The icon for the mobile game is based on the cover of World of Warcraft 's Battle of Azeroth expansion, which depicts two orcs and a human locking eyes, while glaring at each their opponents. Blizzard asserts it was the case that its use of World of Warcraft material was "willful and deliberate."

Five businesses and two individuals are identified in the suit comprising Glorious Saga developer InstantFuns, Sina Games, a subsidiary of Chinese technology and software firm Sina Corp. Blizzard alleges that this isn't a singular event for cheap WOW WOTLK Classic Gold
its developer since it also promotes mobile games that aren't licensed, by using trademarks and names of famous IP for example, Yu-Gi Oh!, Naruto along with World of Warcraft. Glorious Saga is "among the most recent" to do so.
