Wear only RF Welding flame-resistant clothing. The excuse that welding jackets are too heavy, hot, restricting or cumbersome is quickly becoming a thing of the past.

If doorways are not guarded by adequate curtains, then when workers and materials pass through there is a risk of contamination.

Materials

Many of the common materials that can have an rf weldare plastics that contain chemical dipoles.

Materials such as polyvinylchloride (commonly called PVC,) polyamides and acetates, are all receptive to the electromagnetic waves used for high frequency welding.

PVC and polyurethanes are some of the most common materials for this sort of heat sealing.

Other polymers can be welded in this manner, such as nylon, EVA, PET and certain ABS resins so long as they're treated properly.

PET and nylon are capable of hf welding if preheated welding bars are used along with the radio frequency HF Welding Machine energy.
