Exciting, huh? Well, you may want to sit down because drinking water can also prevent you from losing weight.

There's a critical time when you shouldn't drink water. Drink it at this time and you're basically sabotaging your weight loss efforts.

So it all has to do with the timing of when you drink water.

Now, before I continue, I want to state the obvious. Yes, drinking lots of water is healthy for you. So don't be scared into not drinking water.

But here's the key mistake people make with water they drink water with their meals. That's absolutely the worst time to drink water. Don't do it!

Drinking water with your meals dilutes the natural enzymes you produce that help to digest your food. So when you drink a liquid with your meal, you're hurting the digestion of that meal.

The enzymes simply can't do their job to the full  Chain Saw abilities.
