• Then, opening the previously downloaded file is the next recommended step.
• Follow all on-screen steps to install and accept the terms and conditions.
• Next, double-click the icon on the Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
• Additionally, select the Company File Issues tab in the QuickBooks Tool Center.
• Tap the Run File Doctor tab in QuickBooks. It may take a minute, but if the tool fails to launch then you need to launch the file manually.
• Select the Company File option from the tool's drop-down menu. If you can't find it, select the Browse option.
• Now select the Check your files option and press Continue.
