In a nod to Stanley Kubrick's seductive 1999 film, "Eyes Wide Shut," Heart of Fashion founder Vivian Wise captivated guests with her "Back in Black" Masquerade Ball at Rich's night club on Saturday. Hundreds of friends and supporters of her philanthropic work filled the two-level Midtown night club, wearing white masks, black, fur and uber-stylish outfits.

Though Wise's event didn't have the over-the-top erotic bent like Kubrick, there was much to watch from bare-chested men and a woman dancing on onstage. Also, because she loves a surprise, Wise kept the location was a mystery until the day before.
Guests danced and sipped cocktails, while the pink-haired Wise mingled with the crowd, only to exit and return in a new chic look. They expected nothing less from Wise, who launched Heart of Fashion, a three-night fashion runway event, in 2015 to benefit her non profit Texas Legacy Foundation.
