Runescape is an MMORPG which involves training a variety of different skills. In contrast to runescape gold other MMOs, there are no class restrictions for your character so you can train in as many, or as few, skills as you desire. Some locations are for general leveling while others are better for specific skills. Please take note that some areas are only open to paying members and not to play-for-free players.

Your character begins at level one, so no matter what skills you choose, you will need to train by completing quests to advance in levels. Visit Tutorial Island to learn the game controls to train more efficiently. The areas in and around the starting area, specifically Lumbridge, Draynor Village, Faldor, Lumbridge Swamp and the desert city of El Kharid are all ideal places to begin training your character. Large nearby cities provide easy bank and first aid access as you first learn to quest and train. After reaching level 25 or 30, you are welcome to proceed to virtually any area depending on your membership status.

Melee skills usually mean sword proficiency in "Runescape, " but can refer to any kind of close-combat fighting. This is the most popular skill in which "Runescape" players typically train. Players training in combat should also strengthen character stats like strength, attack and defense to be able to wield larger and more powerful weapons and, if they desire, a shield. All players, whether paying or not, can combat train in places like the Black Knight's Fortress, Ice Mountain, White Wolf Mountain, the city of Burthorpe which is home to the Warriors' Guild, or for the more daring, the vast northern Wilderness.

Although some of this information can also be used by magic users, in "Runescape" "ranged" usually refers to using distance weapons like slings or bows and arrows. You can train in the same places as melee combat training, but instead equip your character with a bow and arrow or a sling when in an attack situation. Use your mini-map and explore any area close to your character's level but remember that some areas are restricted to paying members.

Get in touch with your inner artist by becoming a potter or hone your fishing skills by casting a line or a trap. Other professions in "Runescape" also include mining, woodcutting, cooking and farming but some skills are only open to paying players. Before training in your chosen profession, you need a skill like mining or fishing to gather the needed materials. Check your mini-map to see where you can mine ore or clay, fish with either a net, trap or fishing pole, or places that have timber. Cities and towns, such as Lumbridge, Al Kharid, Varrock, Falador and east Ardougne are the best places to level skills like cooking and pottery, as banks, vendors and also equipment like stoves and also kilns are readily available. http://www.rsgp4u.com
