Factory production in March falls, the steepest in almost two years. This was an inversion from February's 7.2% development, in view of the consequences of the Philippine Measurements Authority's (public service announcement) Month to month Coordinated Review of Chosen Ventures. Plant creation rose by 6% in Spring a year ago.
