Dust and meteor NOT WORKING!!!

I blew through every one of my keys and already been doing quests heavily all week to accomplish this event, and I've had lots of dust/meteors say I received exp and got IT'S UNLIKELY THAT ANY. At first I presumed perhaps it had been because I initially have been using them for new technology with 07 Runescape Gold, (my xp is higher than xp in many other skills and got an "oh well" effect) but after seeking them on other knowledge tonight blowing through even more keys it's clear I have been getting stiffed on xp agreed payment.

This is really all smudged Jagex. It's one thing that individuals go in knowing chests certainly are a matter of chance (this is the point, you use your keys and hearts to have the chance at the rewards, no guarantee itll be the ones you want freezing 10 at a time) but when we do receive a top reward and that they DONT WORK and we get totally shafted, that's just wrong.

I've plugged a lot into the game since coming rear. Not as much as a lot of people, but if this is usually how I'm getting hosed on TH BEFORE AN XP EVENT..... this is just daunting. Call it over the top reaction if you would like, but you guys are hosing people out of rewards straight up in this event.
