Incorporation of Private Limited Company in India is a centralized process which has been simplified and made online by the Government to promote more entrepreneurs across the country. The process of a private limited company registration is mentioned below in brief:
- Procuring DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) of all the applicants (Proposed First Directors and Shareholders).
- Reservation of name through new web-form RUN for quick reservation of the desired name. The applicant can provide two names in a single form.
- Preparation of charter documents of the company i.e. MOA (Memorandum of Association) and AOA (Articles of Association) defining the main object and the scope of the company along with other necessary documents.
- The final step is to make online application for the incorporation of company in SPICe Forms. Now separate application for obtaining DIN (Directors Identification Number), PAN and TAN is not required as all of the above has been included in single SPICe form allowing single window clearance for the applicant.
After verifying all the documents the government may grant the Certificate of Incorporation.
