Established in 2010, the University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot is located in the administrative district of Bagalkot in Karnataka. Moreover, UHS is an autonomous not-for-profit multidisciplinary higher education institution under the jurisdiction of the Karnataka government. As a matter of fact, UHS Bagalkot is the first horticulture university in the state.
