Swami Rama Himalayan University is shortly called SRHU. It was established in the year 2013. The state government of Uttarakhand recognized its status as a university in the same year. Above all, UGC has also granted it the power to award degrees under section 22 of Act 1956. Besides, NABH and NABL have also given accreditation to SRHU, Dehradun. Finally, it is recognized by MCI and ICMR.
The university has more than 100 programs and courses on undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Besides, SRHU offers these courses in many streams. For instance, the university has streams like Yoga Science, Science and Technology, Nursing, and Medicine.
