Stay Hydrated

You must have heard that old people force you to drink at least 8-ounce glasses of water daily but according to various nutritionists, you must drink enough water so that you can urinate every 2 to 4 hours daily. The urine should be light in color and if you see yellow-colored urine, that is the signal that the body needs more water.

Get a Sufficient Sleep

Get a peaceful sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily so that your brain cells work properly and you always feel fresh.
