I remember reading about what att/str/def levels you need

Again I don't care if you do not agree with me. What is the point in slowing down our speed and stopping us and making us accelerate again? Any high-level players will know that they are out of RS gold the safe zone - i.e., don't put in an extra delay that is 100.0% unnecessary. This delay is an additional annoyance that didn't exist prior to this, and serves absolutely no purpose. Another reason for delays is when guards are stopped by you. This is another reason why you should not be allowed to enter the safe zone.

Runescape can issue warnings as needed (e.g. Danger! You're about to enter a zone filled with monsters of high level! ), those could be useful to draw the attention of the player (the warnings can even be toggled off). For players who are below the 60 levels and above, the Guards for Runescape Safe Areas are not effective.

The Requirements For Dragon Slayer

I was fishing close to Musa Point (Karmja). A player is spotted near us and offers us food. He was trying Dragon Slayer. A person on the dock caught and cooked 22 lobsters on his behalf. We asked him about his stats while the lobsters were cooked and fished by himself. He replied that he had level 40 attack and strength, level 40 defense, level low ranged&magic as well as 15 prayers. He was wearing a rane scimitar. A amulet gave him power.

I remember reading about what att/str/def levels you need to be at, and what armor/food/supplies you should bring, so I advised him that also wearing a (rune full) helmet was a good idea if he was going to face Elvarg. He was determined to take on Elvarg. Then I put down my fishing rod and decided to watch the fight.

(Aside - Here's what Elvarg was defeated with. It's not like I was particularly interested in Runescape and the Dragon Slayer quest could have been completed earlier than I did. Attack 41. Strength 55. Defense 45. Prayer 43. Two strength potions with holy symbols 26 lobsters. Regular boots. Safety gauntlets. Protect yourself from dragonfire.

Sal's website suggested that I bring armor/supplies similar to the ones Sal suggested. I would recommend the same equipment and supplies to anyone who is trying to defeat Elvarg. An amulet when power is in its place as well as a Rune Scimitar in its place.

Elvarg was defeated by a man who did an amazing job! He didn't even think about prayer. (Aside: I remember that Elvarg was a tough opponent to beat. The weird thing is, for all the cheap OSRS gold higher att/str/def/prayer/armor I had, it seemed like he had an easier battle against Elvarg than I did. I know that it's probably because I wasn't facing the dragonfire myself, that it seemed easier to fight the dragon than I was. : ) Kudos to him for a job well-done.
