Craig Ramey of the University of Alabama observed that a survey carried out in the late 90's indicated that seventy-five percent of all imprisoned males in America have poor school records and a low IQ. A depressingly familiar pattern emerged when tracing their backgrounds. Common factors were disadvantaged families where children start school academically behind their peers.
The brain, among all the organs of the body, is the greediest. It is vital to adequately nourish it with food for creative thoughts, positive mood, sharp memory and health and wellness in general. It is not surprising that what you eat affects your thinking, feeling, remembering, and possibly, increases your intelligence. If eating the best brain food would pave the way for us to become smarter, sharper people, then who wouldn't want to eat these foods?
